Do you work online?

Yes! I see the majority of my clients online. The only exception is for those wanting a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Past Life Regression. This must be done in person.

What platform do you use to work online?

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last 1.5 hours. On occasion we might need a longer session, for instance if you have traveled a long way to see me or if we are diving deep to intensively tackle an issue. I may also do shorter sessions when appropriate to do so.

Past Life Regression sessions last anywhere between 3-5 hours (fixed cost). I advise clients to keep as much of the day as free as possible.

How many sessions will I need?

You are absolutely unique and without knowing more about you I’m unable to predict how long healing will take. This might depend on how long you’ve had the problem, the extent of the imbalances and your ability to make lifestyle changes. What I will say is that just because a problem has been with you for a long time, doesn’t mean it needs to take a long time to change it.

My focus is on helping you see improvements as quickly as possible by getting to the root of the problem and tackling every symptom that has been bothering you.

Single discreet issues may clear up in 2-3 sessions. More complex issues, chronic health problems and emotional difficulties may need ongoing monitoring and support. The important thing is to make sure that you are achieving long-term and sustainable change.

How much do sessions cost?

Standard sessions are charged at £130 for up to 1.5 hours.

One hour sessions (£90) are available for regular clients who need a quick check or for those wanting regular EFT or emotional support for a specific issue.

Past Life Regression (QHHT) sessions are charged at a fixed price of £299 regardless of the session length (normally 4-5 hours).

How much time do you recommend between sessions?

This depends on the level of support you need, the complexity of your symptoms and where you are in your healing journey.

Some clients like to see me every 2 weeks because they are intensively working on specific issues and they value having regular access to me so I can instruct and support them. Others need longer interval between sessions so that they can implement the recommendations I have made, and will see me monthly or every 6 weeks.

Can I visit you at your clinic in St Albans, England, UK?

Will there be any other costs?

Nutritional and lifestyle changes are a key part of treatment and you will very likely need to purchase vitamins, minerals or herbs which are prioritized by your body. This may be to correct deficiencies, to balance the emotions or to strengthen and detoxify the body.

I will try to find solutions using products you already own where possible and I will also strive to find you the highest quality products I can, at the best price.

I don't have any major issues but I want to maintain my health can I still see you?

Absolutely! I work with people to help connect them to their innate body wisdom so we can correct imbalances before they turn into bigger problems.

The best health care is preventative.

Besides, most of us have some health issues, even if it is the occasional headache, bloating or hair loss, it’s still a message from the body that something is needed. Many symptoms are normalized and associated with age, when they are actually symptoms of toxicity or deficiency.

Can you guarantee success?

I don’t offer guarantees, declare success rates, or provide a one-size-fits-all approach to your healing. There are many factors which will play a part in your progress.

What I can guarantee is that I will put your well-being as a priority at all times and will do everything I can to facilitate, guide and support you to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Can these sessions replace medical care?

These sessions do not replace medical care but are complimentary to it. It is recommended that you also see a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological aliment you may have. I am unable to diagnose or treat conditions, prescribe or interfere with or perform medical treatment.

How will you ensure my privacy and confidentiality?

Everything that you share with me is held in the strictest confidentiality. Please refer to my Privacy Policy for further detail on how I keep your information safe and abide by Data Protection requirements.

The only exception is if I were to believe that a client were a danger to themselves or others, or if I am legally obligated to disclose information.

Clinic Location

My clinic is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, just 30 mins from central London (on the Thameslink Rail Line) and close to the towns and villages of Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Watford, Harpenden, Berkhampstead, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Barnet, Enfield, Cockfosters, Potters Bar.

St Albans City Rail station is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride from the clinic. The station is on the Bedford to Brighton Thameslink line and is just a 20 minute fast train from London St Pancras. The train provides easy access from Bedford, Luton, Harpenden, Radlett, Elstree and Borehamwood, Mill Hill, Hendon, Cricklewood, West Hampstead, London Blackfriars, London Farringdon, City Thameslink and Elephant and Castle.

St Albans Abbey line is a 15-20 minute walk from the clinic. This community rail line provides access to Watford, Park Street, Garston, Bricket Wood and How Wood.
