You are absolutely unique and without knowing more about you I’m unable to predict how long healing will take. This might depend on how long you’ve had the problem, the extent of the imbalances and your ability to make lifestyle changes. What I will say is that just because a problem has been with you for a long time, doesn’t mean it needs to take a long time to change it.

My focus is on helping you see improvements as quickly as possible by getting to the root of the problem and tackling every symptom that has been bothering you.

Single discreet issues may clear up in 2-3 sessions. More complex issues, chronic health problems and emotional difficulties may need ongoing monitoring and support. The important thing is to make sure that you are achieving long-term and sustainable change.

This depends on the level of support you need, the complexity of your symptoms and where you are in your healing journey.

Some clients like to see me every 2 weeks because they are intensively working on specific issues and they value having regular access to me so I can instruct and support them. Others need longer interval between sessions so that they can implement the recommendations I have made, and will see me monthly or every 6 weeks.

Nutritional and lifestyle changes are a key part of treatment and you will very likely need to purchase vitamins, minerals or herbs which are prioritized by your body. This may be to correct deficiencies, to balance the emotions or to strengthen and detoxify the body.

I will try to find solutions using products you already own where possible and I will also strive to find you the highest quality products I can, at the best price.

Absolutely! I work with people to help connect them to their innate body wisdom so we can correct imbalances before they turn into bigger problems.

Clinic Location

My clinic is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, just 30 mins from central London (on the Thameslink Rail Line) and close to the towns and villages of Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Watford, Harpenden, Berkhampstead, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Barnet, Enfield, Cockfosters, Potters Bar.

St Albans City Rail station is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride from the clinic. The station is on the Bedford to Brighton Thameslink line and is just a 20 minute fast train from London St Pancras. The train provides easy access from Bedford, Luton, Harpenden, Radlett, Elstree and Borehamwood, Mill Hill, Hendon, Cricklewood, West Hampstead, London Blackfriars, London Farringdon, City Thameslink and Elephant and Castle.

St Albans Abbey line is a 15-20 minute walk from the clinic. This community rail line provides access to Watford, Park Street, Garston, Bricket Wood and How Wood.
